Translations Cited By Unwieldy Reference to Edition

Some translations are currently cited by "card", referencing the original edition, sometimes with milestones that need to be converted to divs. This is obviously not the best solution, as it leads to illogical segments of text being served from the translation.
This is an open question; when consensus is reached, this page will be updated. For the time being, convert the text to EpiDoc compliance, and the milestones to divs if applicable.
