BakingTray has (at least) the following known issues

Since June 2017 no further testing with linear scanners in ScanImage. It should still work, but proceed with caution.
Acquisition resume not tested with linear scanners.
During acquisition with linear scanners there are multiple instances of duplicate tiles appearing in the preview window (see Issue #20).

Detailed issues

SIBT.applyScanSettings applies only hand-picked settings. Not everything.

Hardware

PROBLEM. Systems gets hung up during cutting. The V551 stages pick up the cutter through the bath and the controller thinks they have not stabilised. SOLUTION: Mount the cutter more solidly so it can't transmit vibration as easily. Change the settings on the stages so they are more tolerant to small errors.
