Obtaining a square pixel size

Linear scanners

• Open the machine data file config GUI and go to the Scanner Settings page.
• Feed scanner signals to an osciloscope
• Set zoom to 1
• Image an EM grid
• Tweak V/optical degree until you have the largest FOV (command output voltage close to 10 V) and the grid looks square by eye.
• Then use Grid2MicsPerPixel in the measurePSF repo to fine tune the pixel size.
