Nothing is showing up but I have reference ID in my markdown note.

Make sure you have a valid ID and a valid ID syntax (see the table at wiki). If It is correct and still the reference is not showing up, try if this reference is available in Semantic Scholar. Reference map uses Semantic Scholar to fetch the reference details. If the reference is not available in Semantic Scholar, it will not show up in the Reference Map.

After Refreshing the Reference Map the view is empty.

Reference Map detects the IDs present in the current active markdown file. After refreshing, click somewhere in the markdown file to activate it.

I put my library path in the settings but new references added to Zotero is not showing up in the Reference Map.

Make sure the library you exported is the same library you have in the settings. Also check if the background update is enabled when you exported the file from zotero

Citekey reference is not showing in the Reference Map.

Make sure you have a valid citekey and a valid citekey syntax (see the table at wiki). If the syntax is valid and still the reference is not showing up, try if this reference DOI is available in the zotero/bibdesk library. Reference map uses citekey to to identify the DOI of a reference and fetch the details. If the DOI is absent in the library, it will not show up in the Reference Map.

How can I change the color and font size of the title shown in the Reference map?

Reference Map supports Obsidian-style-settings plugin. So you can change how the data is displayed using the Style Settings tab in the Obsidian settings.
