Creating New Tariff Plans

Creation workflow

To create a new tariff plan, fill out the airtable form below. Currently, new tariff plans cannot be created in-app and must be done via the form. In addition, any updates to current tariff plans can be done directly in the Airtable UI. The changing of the fields will not cause problems in the app.

Airtable Overview The Tarrif Plans table represents various tariff plans that can be represented and used in the app.

Important Fields

• Fixed Tariff is the fixed amount a customer pays for electricity.
• Tariff By Unit is the per-unit amount a customer pays after using the alloted fixed amount.
• Free Units is the unit amount of electricty that does not get charged.
• Sites are the linked Sites that use this plan.
• Meter Types are the various types of meter for the tariff plan. They can be either an Analog Meter, Smart Meter, or No Meter. Analog Meter allows the user to input a starting meter and view the rest of the meter reading information. Smart Meter allows the user to only view the meter reading information. No Meter hides all of the meter reading information.
• Number of Customers is a rollup field that counts the number of customers that use this tariff plan.
