Creating custom link dynamic for Qsim

Hello,

 

I have a simulation using two vehicle types, car-small, and car-large, and I would like to create a custom link dynamic that for the link travel times directly takes into account the proportions of each vehicle type, rather than simply using FIFO/passingq.

My guess is that I would have to extend some parts of qnetsimengine for this, but I am not sure which parts I would have to modify. how would I go about adding custom link dynamics to a simulation?

I have privately communicated with Boris de Groot, and he is trying something out.  If that works, we will most probably publish it.  Please let us know if you have similar requirements.
