GODRIVER-3040
Summary
Add a test for the "next" version of the Server Proxy. There are three known load balancer failures that the serverless team is working on.
Background & Motivation
Ensure that the upcoming versions of the Server Proxy work with the Go Driver.
Depends on mongodb-labs/drivers-evergreen-tools#371.
