Fixes:

Fixed a bug that caused errors when placing an army at the left / top border
Fixed a bug that caused an not existing action to be performed for hostile armies

Changes:

Window system has been reworked
It's no longer possible to set a player face
Maploading has been speed up

Addition:

You can now set a playername
You may disable combat results in the options window
