TNO provides a subscription service to users that enables them to access content by signing into the subscriber web application.

The Subscription solution has not yet been fully designed or implemented.

Business Requirements Supported

Resolve all client issues related to accounts
Authentication must be seamless and not interfere with user experience
Legal - Users cannot login simultaneously using same account
Issue new IDIR or non-IDIR accounts in 30 seconds
Delete an account in 5 seconds
Restore deleted account in 5 seconds
Control session duration
Log users out of their account
Log into a client's account to resolve issues
Create unlimited accounts with same email address
Automate account deletion for set date/time
Access all usernames and password for all clients
