Bot not working on supergroup with more than 200 member

This is because of telegram-cli bug which cannot read messages in a supergroup with more than 200 members.
Unfortunately, telegram-cli development has stalled so we cannot expect a fix in the near future.
You can try to use botapi.lua which will function as a bridge to relay uncatched messages to bot cli account.
