Returns mobile phone specification based on data from http://www.gsmarena.com.

Command	Description
!phone [phone_name]	Returns phone_name specification.
!gsm [phone_name]	Returns phone_name specification.

If this plugin unable to found or print the correct phone, please change the phone_name query.
Example:
!gsm xiaomi mipad 2 yield a wrong result. And,
!gsm xiaomi mi pad 2 print the correct one.
