Wiki ▸ Client CSV Import ▸ Shipments
The columns required in this CSV file are:

| 1 | Received date | Required | YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM |
The date and time the shipment was received at the receiving center. |
| 2 | Sending clinic | Required | Text | The short name given to the clinic this shipment was sent from. This clinic must already exist in Biobank. |
| 3 | Receiving site | Required | Text | The short name given to the site this was received at. This site must already exist in Biobank. |
| 4 | Shipping method | Required | Text | The name of the shipping method used to send this shipment. This name must match one of the names already configured in Biobank. |
| 5 | Waybill | Required | Text - numbers, letters, or both | The waybill assigned to this shipment. This number must not already exist in Biobank and cannot appear in another row in the worksheet. The waybill must be less than or equal to 255 characters. |
| 6 | Comment | Optional | Text | The comment to apply to this shipment. There is no size limit. |
