- SG did some work on that, still needs finishing off
-
SG to work with laser team to collate ideas for laser room tidiness and small scale maintenance after a couple of weeks, then create the poster - not enough feedback yet, SG to create something and hope people are offended enough by how bad it is to fix it (Carried over - 1 month)

- Not really done any of late, for obvious reasons. Although we did get a fair bit of press during the visor project though.
- Should we film some short videos of the various pieces of equipment, to show people what the things are and what's available. Chris T will raise an issue to move it forwards.

- Maybe it could be ticketed to restrict numbers?
- How many should we allow?
- Getting Monty running
- Mike is contributing a chunk of the cost in memory of his dad, so we should rename it Tony
- Mike will pull together a shopping list for SG to order next week
- Mike and Nuclear Sean are moving it forward
- Mike is moving the lockable mailing system forwards. The meeting then drifted into long discussions on the requirements, features, etc.
