JClic Guide: Exploring activity
ring activity
This is the type of activity where some initial information is shown. When you click on the boxes in the panel, the information associated to each of these boxes can be seen. This information can be repeated in different boxes.
Exploring activities have no end. The user is who decides when to go on to another activity after clicking on the information boxes as often as he wishes.
The content of the initial information and the associated information can be textual, graphic, sonant, musical or animated or a combination of the various types.
To create an exploring activity it is necessary to introduce through JClic author, the content of the boxes in Panel A (here you can see all the grid) and the content of Panel B (which will be seen in JClic as a single box containing the information or associated content).
Matching the content between the boxes in Panel A and Panel B is done from the tab Relationships of JClic author. The programme automatically relates the content in the following way:
You can vary the number of boxes in the panels and also the distribution of the relationships.
