The Phases Evolution feature allows the user to observe how it is changing Strategic Indicators Assessment during the phases of a project through a heatmap chart. This feature can only be used if you have implemented the corresponding backlog service, in order to get more information see QRapids Backlog Services.
To view this option of Assessment Evolution Visualization, the dashboard provides an optional section Phases in submenu of Assessment.
In this screen there is a project selector that determines the heatmap chart of which project is displayed. The heatmap shows the evolution of each Strategic Indicator in function of the phases of the project. The Y axis represents the Strategic Indicator names and the X axis represents the phases that are identified with the name (below the column) and the period (above the column). The different colors represent the categories to which a Strategic Indicator can belong, and the colors are documented with a legend at the top of the heatmap chart. The color of each cell is calculated by measuring the category mode based on the historical values of the corresponding Strategic Indicator for each phase interval.
