Sharing files linked from ArchivesSpace

1. Upload the file(s) to the Team Drive folder Documents linked to ASpace. For a large number of files, create a separate subfolder

2. In Team Drive, right-click on the file or folder and select “Share”

   • Note: you cannot change permissions at the folder level in Team Drive, you must set each file’s permissions individually

   

3. Click "Who has Access" at bottom

   

4. Click to the right of "Link Sharing off" and toggle to on.

5. Click “Allow external access”

   

6. Click "Copy" to copy the link to your clipboard
