  • SM Create issues and/or PRs for everything that should go in the release

Current Actions:

  • MM Investigate which remote machines can be easily accessed (via SSH) from Jenkins, and add these to automated test suite as a second stage (after local tests have completed).
  • MM Check that Jenkins tests are passing on termination branches
  • VB Create issues and/or PRs for everything that should go in the release
  • VB Categorise all open issues and PRs into a milestone
  • IB Work towards including EnTK in development management process.
  • AM Test termination branches on Stampede
  • MT Test termination branches on OSG

Active issues:

RP 0.46:

  • Release date planned for 2017-04-28

  • Termination testing: Waiting for Matteo's results from OSG (not working for unrelated reasons, possibly authentication problems. Ioannis note a problem with termination of pilots that are queued but not started (see RP #1313. Once these are resolved, the merge can proceed.

  • Manuel has been adding some remote test execution (Comet, Supermic), using SSH. Working on some issues before tests will run cleanly, then looking to add Stampede and GSI-SSH authentication using Andre's credentials.

  • Current release date target is not achievable. IB to sync with AM and replan.

EnTK 0.5:

  • Vivek scoping tickets and PRs

RepEx 3.0:

  • Srinivas to be the first point of contact for RepEx, liaising with Antons as required. Two actions above reassigned to SM.

Any Other Business:

  • Shantenu & Ioannis planning a short(!) 1 hour tutorial on RP on 10th May. IB asked to confirm if planning to use RP 0.45 release, or if more recent fixes are required - will discuss more in detail next week. If documentation updates are required (in addition to the API changes in 0.46 ) then please open specific tickets.
  • Andre Luckow reported problems running RP from various macOS versions - SJ to ask him to open tickets so we can see whether fixes are required or we should document environmental pre-requisites / limitations. AM to check for other known issues relating to macOS (open file limit, parsing issue, Globus installation).
  • SJ updated on plans relating to Blue Waters and collaborations with Coveney and Chodera's group. Funding available from 1st July for IB to visit Rutgers.
