Agenda / Notes

- use cases -> requirements -> architecture -> implementation -> testing -> release
- Milestones: 
  - Use cases, Requirements (week  3)
  - Feasibility, Prototype  (early June)
  - Implementation          (end   June)
- discussion on interfaces
  - T2 needs: availability of resources
  - main difference:
    - how resources are characterized, prioriticed
    - make sure data model is stable -> encapsulation
    - data structure not yet defined
  - interface as general as possible
    - tradeoffs...
- discussion on architecture, early optimization, partitioning etc.
- note: root discussions in use cases!
