TODO AM: deployment roadmap
- investigate independent bootstrapper for conda-pack
- separate python env management from bootstrapper
- move config system to August release, env isolation to September
- sub-agents vs. master/worker vs. partitioning: clarification end of year
TMP_DIR during pip-install
- try /tmp, if fails revert to resource sandbox
- always use sandbox for RADICAL_BASE (TODO MT)
TODO AM: rename gpu_processes to gpus_per_process
