This is a consolidated update from both teams, since we have stopped the separate work.
- DA scheduler branch was tested on Bluewaters by Vivek and all examples run correctly. Testing from Jumana is ongoing
- Tagging and LFS specification added to EnTK (feature/tagging branch) and tested locally successfully.
- Merge conflicts of PR #1622 were resolved by Giannis and following up with ticket #1659
- Jumana is adding the tagging capabilities to HTBAC, testing will start by the end of the week
- Srinivas has created the necessary documentation for his use case. The design of the DA scheduler is able to support it. It is being consistently reviewed by Giannis and Vivek, and updated by Srinivas. Giannis and Vivek will try to help him with the implementation if there are issues with EnTK or RADICAL-Pilot.
- Giannis will create an EnTK script to utilize the tagging and DA scheduler capabilities on any XSEDE resource that Team 1 has LFS information, based on Vivek's IO experiment
